‘A beginners guide to a healthier mindset.’
Hello again, thanks for coming to read.
To get started I’d like to talk about our brand ‘In The Moment’ and how we hope to use it to inspire a healthier mindset through the use of our products and our content. From my personal understanding creating a healthy mindset is the key to a healthy lifestyle. It’s important to understand why it’s so important, and what you can do to make sure it’s in place. Here’s a simple explainer.
What is a mindset? A mindset is the way we think about ourselves and others.
How can I achieve a healthy mindset? Through positive thinking and being authentic, which are the pillars of mindset health.
What are the benefits of a healthy mindset? A healthy mindset leads to a happy, healthy and more fulfilling life.
How can I get a healthy mindset? By practicing mindfulness, which is the process of being fully present in the moment.
What is mindfulness? Mindfulness is a way of being present in the moment, rather than thinking about what’s happening. It’s the opposite of being in a state of worry, stress or fear. It’s said that if we practice mindfulness, we become more aware of our emotions, thoughts and behaviours.
Taking this all into account, we hope that our products act as reminders, or triggers, of mindfulness throughout your day. Now don’t get me wrong the topic has much more depth of reasoning and evidence to substantiate these statements. More than I have described and I’m far from qualified to begin to claim I have any sort of authority on the matters. However, what I do have is the experience of how these actions, practices and principles have helped me improve my relationships with myself, family and others.
